Start-up of the regulated parking area in El Congrés i Els Indians
The new regulated parking área in the neighborhood of El Congrés i Els Indians, district of Sant Andreu, begins starting on September 10.
Signaling works for the implementation of a new regulated parking area in the neighborhood of El Congrés i Els Indians, district of Sant Andreu, started on July 4. This new parking area is identified as Zone 26 of AREA.
The regulated parking spaces of this new Zone 26 are Green spaces (mixed resident and non-resident parking) and are identified with green paint. This means that, in order to prioritize the resident’s parking, vehicles of non-residents in Zone 26 may only park a maximum of 2 hours within the regulation hours indicated by the corresponding vertical signal.
Information to residents
All residents into this new regulated zone who are holders of a vehicle registered at their address have the possibility to park as a resident of the new Zone 26. The neighbors of the new Zone 26 have received in their addresses a letter with the Resident’s Card that accredit them to have parking rights as resident in their area, information related to their resident’s area and an information leaflet on the use of parking as a resident.
In the case of the neighbors of overflow zones 17d and 18d, that belonged to Zone 17 and Zone 18 respectively, with creation of the new Zone 26 they now become part of this new zone. In this case, as the zones 17d and 18d were already part of AREA, they only have received the informative letter because their Resident’s Card they already had will continue to accredit them to have parking rights as resident in the new Zone 26.
